Martin Art Projects is pleased to present a new body of works by Tafadzwa Tega. Inspired by his fellow ex-pat Zimbabweans as immigrants in South Africa, his paintings convey his countrymen’s resilience and determination to live a better life. The use of The zumbani (tea leaf from the fever tree) composes the background with bold and vibrant colors, Tega can create portraits that celebrate the richness and diversity of human experience.
